125g dried chickpeas presoaked for 12h min
½large onion , roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves , crushed
½ tbsp ground coriander
½ tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp choped parsley
Fry the blended paste in shalow olive oil (or + butter)
Serve with Tazziki and cherry tomatoes (+pita bread )
