  • 125g dried chickpeas presoaked for 12h min

  • ½large onion , roughly chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves , crushed

  • ½ tbsp ground coriander

  • ½ tbsp ground cumin

  • 1 tbsp choped parsley

  • Fry the blended paste in shalow olive oil (or + butter)

  • Serve with Tazziki and cherry tomatoes (+pita bread )

  • Dont forfget to dust the plate with MPSXM for your vitamin intake and the Healthy color!
